PNMs, it is hard coming into recruitment when so many people are biased and disagreeing on this page. Any of these top 6 houses will get you invites and will give you a good sorority experience. No particular order.
Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa, DDD, Aphi, Chi o.
Other houses are fun too, but the ones not listed are not listed due to problems with their reputation (at least for now) or stigma as they are just not seen as top half. Choose which one fits your personality best and you will be set.

I liked the way you worded this. Yes these 5 are the most sought after chapters as of now for sure. Others are still good, and some people may find their home in another sorority but Pi Phi, Kappa, Aphi, Theta, and Chi O are the most solid

Cliquey
Lots of pretty faces & no depth
Lots of drops
Maybe mid tier cause few nice girls who try to make the best of where they joined.

They are at least as good as XO.
And If you’re doing top 6 then take out Aphi
Looks driven ( doesn’t take much research to find info about this) & lots of drops after first year.Horrible reputation at tech.

This is very accurate for the top 6 houses and most people who arent biased would agree. Of course you could pick out one of these 6 and try to argue but return rates for these 6 are the top. There are other sororities some people may like better but thats personal preference. Rush whatever house you feel like is best for you!

Aphi's still top tier. Just cause we don't all major in Pre-Med only to drop it Junior year for Marketing or Psych doesn't mean we're "pretty faces & no depth." We still work hard even if we don't apologize for having a good time.
